2010/04/25 - The 20th Annual TRCFC Big Bird Fly-In appears to have been a great success. There were lots of pilots, planes, and spectators on hand. We might have to do this again next year - after we rest up a bit!

2010/04/24 - The thunderstorms finally moved through this morning and the skies quickly cleared. There wasn't much wind before noon, but by mid-afternoon it had become quite breezy. Even so, there was lots of flying going on. We'll be out there again tomorrow morning..

2010/04/23 - Our 2010 Big Bird Fly-In got cranked up this morning, even though the weather didn't want to cooperate. I was the 35th pilot to sign up this afternoon. We expect some more to show up tomorrow. It looks to me like the cold front and the storms it caused have moved through and are now east of us. The weatherman says we'll have some more thunderstorms between 3 AM tonight and 11 AM tomorrow morning. We'll see..
